Common questions

I found an inappropriate sticker. How do I report it?

In the app, open the Map tab, tap the sticker pin, tap the "⋯" button on the preview, then choose Report sticker. We review every report within 24 hours. Stickers with multiple reports are automatically hidden while under review.

How do I block a user?

Same flow — tap the "⋯" button on a sticker preview and choose Block user. Their public stickers will no longer appear on your map. You can manage blocks in the More tab under Safety → Blocked users.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll action the request within 30 days. All your stickers (including public ones) will be removed.

Can I export my sticker collection?

Not yet — it's on the roadmap. In the meantime, email us and we'll send you a copy of your data.
