Common questions

I found an inappropriate sticker. How do I report it?

In the app, open the Map tab, tap the sticker pin, tap the "⋯" button on the preview, then choose Report sticker. We review every report promptly, typically within 72 hours. Stickers with multiple reports are automatically hidden while under review.

How do I block a user?

Same flow — tap the "⋯" button on a sticker preview and choose Block user. Their public stickers will no longer appear on your map. You can manage blocks in the More tab under Safety → Blocked users.

How do I delete my account?

The fastest way is in the app: open the More tab and tap Delete account. Deletion is immediate. If you've lost access to your account, send us a request via the contact form and we'll action it within 30 days. All your stickers (including public ones) will be removed.

Can I export my sticker collection?

Not yet — it's on the roadmap. In the meantime, send us a request via the contact form and we'll get you a copy of your data.
